【摘要】 以洛阳156时期建造洛阳第一拖拉机厂装配车间为研究对象,针对其未来的改造再利用展开研究,分别进行历史背景梳理、建筑实体测绘、区域现状考察及居民消费业态需求调查等工作,制定初步的区域规划策略,对单体建筑进行价值评价和以工业遗产文脉为主题的再利用改造概念设计,探索工业遗产建筑改造的完整工作流程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the assembly workshop of Luoyang Tractor Factory of 1950’s as the research object,it was carried out collating the historical background,architectural entity mapping,regional situation and consumer needs survey. It was given an ontology value evaluation of the assembly workshop as an industrial heritage and made an analysis of the reuse possibility of the assembly workshop. Then it was done the transformation concept design of the building; it was also explored the conservation and transformation method of industrial heritage.更多还原
