步进式加热炉散热损失及节能潜力研究

【摘要】 对步进式加热炉的散热损失进行了理论计算和数值模拟分析,通过选取工况较为复杂、分布较多烧嘴的炉顶均热段作为研究对象,模拟数据与实测数据误差为5%以内,表明了计算方法的可靠性与准确性,并以此为基础对加热炉炉体进行散热损失的计算,计算结果表明:炉顶的散热损失占炉体总散热损失的58.21%,大于炉墙和炉底散热量总和,表明炉顶具有更大的节能潜力。

【Abstract】 This article is to analyze the heat loss of walking beam reheating furnace by the means of theoretical computation and numerical simulation,because of soaking zone have a lot of burners and the condition is complex,so we select it as subject in the study.The deviation between simulated and measured data is less than 5%,it means reliability and accuracy of theoretical computation. On the basis of the computation,we calculate the heat loss of the furnace.The result shows that the furnace top’s heat loss accounted for 58.21% of total heat loss,and it is greater than the sum of furnace wall or bottom,it means the furnace top has greater energy saving potential.
