红外热成像仪在火电厂阀门内漏检测中的应用
The Application of Infrared Thermography to Thermal Power Plant for Vavle’s Inner Leakage Detection
【摘要】 某火电厂在检修前热力系统内漏较严重,使用传统方法检测内漏的效果不明显。首先介绍红外热成像仪的原理及特点,使用热成像仪对阀门内漏情况进行检测,其检测迅速而直观,检测结果更具说服力。通过对泄漏部位进行检修处理,同时进行机组热效率试验来对比阀门检修前后热经济状况,以期用较小投入获得较大的节能效果,提高机组的热经济性,达到节能降耗的目的。
【Abstract】 By using traditional methods,the detection have no obvious effect on serious valve’s inner leakage of certain thermal power plant before its maintenance.Firstly,the principle and characteristics of infrared thermal imaging technology are introduced,then the application in certain thermal power plant for detection of valve’s inner leakage.With rapid and visual detection,the result is more reliable. In order to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction by less input and larger repayment,the detection of valve’s inner leakage has been taked in process of thermal efficiency tests for power plant,which are performed to comparise and evaluation the thermal economy before and after maintenance.
