Effects of Grain Size and Film Thickness on Dielectric Properties of Bi(1.5)Mg_(1.0)Nb_(1.5)O_7 Thin Films Prepared by Radio-Frequency Magnetron Sputtering
Bi1.5Mg Nb1.5O7(BMN) thin films with a cubic pyrochlore structure were prepared on Pt/Ti/Si O2/Si substrates via radio-frequency(RF) magnetron sputter deposition. The grain size and thickness of the thin films were controlled via the change of post-annealing time at 750 ℃ and the sputtering time, respectively.
