【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current situation of information resources co-construction of regional academic library consortium,states that regional academic library consortium need break the traditional idea based on system theory,puts forward that a double-force control mode of economic lever and administration leadership can be carried out and discusses how to effectively allocate the information resources by means of the cooperation of each member library in the fields of hierarchy level,characteristic collection and readers demand,etc.更多还原
