【Abstract】 Since the relevant legal systems are not sound and the lack of a uniform industry standard,digital copyright lacks effective legal protection. Copyright owners lack proper protection. The copyright fails to fully reflect its value in the dissemination and circulation. Distribution of benefits among the main operators is obvious imbalance. That makes continuous copyright dispute.
