矿区环境暴露下鸡肉组织对重金属的富集特征

【摘要】 采集广西某矿业镇上正常环境暴露下的活鸡,取其各组织(心脏、肝脏、肌胃、胸肌、肾脏、腿肌、骨骼、蛋黄、鸡爪甲),用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了其中的铅、镉、铜、锌等重金属元素的含量。结果表明:各鸡肉组织中,铅累积部位主要是蛋黄,镉累积部位主要是肾脏,铜累积部位主要是肝脏和心脏,锌在各部位相对较均衡,累积最多的是肝脏、骨骼和鸡爪甲。按照GB 2762-2012,铅超标最严重,镉次之,反应了该地区人群摄食本地养殖的家禽是当地居民环境铅镉暴露的重要途径。

【Abstract】 Chicken from a mining area of Guangxi was collected,and the chicken tissues including heart,liver,stomach muscle,muscle,kidney,leg muscle,bone,egg,chicken claw,etc were determined for the contents of lead,cadmium,copper,zinc using the method of microwave digestion,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results show that the main enrichment tissues are:lead is mainly enriched in egg,Cadmium is mainly enriched in kidney,Copper is mainly enriched in heart and liver,Zinc is mainly enriched in liver and chicken claw.According to the national standard(GB 2762-2012),Lead shows the most heavily pollution in the chicken.The maximum times exceeded the standard levels are:Pb 456.62(in egg),Cd 5.74(in egg).The result implies that the ingestion of homegrown poultry is a key environmental exposure pathway for the inhabitants.
