【摘要】 人力资源是国有林场体系管理与改革的重要组成部分。本文通过对广西百色市24个国有林场基本情况的调研基础上,着重从林场在职职工年龄、学历及职称结构等进行了较系统的调查研究,揭示了该市国有林场人力资源现状的内在变化规律性,并根据存在的主要问题提出了相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human resources are the important part of system management and reform in state-owned forest farms. Based on the survey of basic status-like age, education and professional title structure of the in-service employees in the 24 state-owned forest farms in Baise,Guangxi, this article revealed the internal changes regularity of the human resources situation of these farms, and put forward some corresponding countermeasures according to the main problems.更多还原
