西藏帕隆藏布秋季浮游生物群落结构特征

【摘要】 2014年9月27日至30日在西藏帕隆藏布流域10个样点采集浮游生物水样。经鉴定分析,发现浮游植物4门72种(属),其中硅藻门藻类最多,包含56种(属),绿藻门包含13种(属),裸藻门包含2种(属),蓝藻门包含1种(属)。浮游植物密度范围为0.55×10425×104 cells/L,生物量范围为12.6×10-377.2×10-3mg/L;浮游动物共有3门25种(属),其中原生动物22种(属)、桡足类2种(属)、种枝角类1种(属)。浮游动物密度范围为40180 cells/L,生物量范围为1.9×10-38.6×10-3mg/L;该河段浮游植物多样性指数(H’)与均匀度(J’)分别介于2.443.48和0.810.97之间,表明其水质清洁,浮游生物群落结构脆弱,易受外界环境的干扰。本研究系首次调查帕隆藏布流域浮游生物,积累了本底资料。

【Abstract】 The water samples of Plankton in ten sites of Palong Tsangpo River basin of Tibet were collected in September 27 to 30 of 2014,and the laboratory analysis showed that 72 species of plankton were identified,which belonged to 4 phylum. Among them Bacillariophyta was the largest phylum,included 56 species,and Chlorophyta included 13 species,Euglenophyta included 2 species,as well as Cyanophyta included 1 species. The density and biomass of plankton were between 0.55 ×10425 ×104cells/L and 12.6 ×10-377.2 ×10-3mg/L,respectively. In the meanwhile,25 zooplankton species belonged to 3 phylum,protozoa included 22 species,copepod included 2species and Cladocera included 1 species. The density and biomass of zooplankton were between 40180 cells/L and 1.9×10-38.6×10-3mg/L,respectively. The diversity index(H’) and evenness(J’) of phytoplankton were between 2.443.48 and 0.810.97,respectively. It indicated that the water quality was clean and plankton community structure was venerable,and it was susceptible to be interfered by the external disturbances. Our research was the first survey-based study of plankton,which might provide background information for the further research of Palong Tsangpo River.
