【摘要】 为探讨更适宜贮藏草珊瑚(Sarcandra glabra)种子的方式,采用3种不同贮藏方式,对贮藏的种子进行萌发和点播试验,结果显示,草珊瑚种子带果肉混合湿椰糠或湿木糠贮藏,萌发率90.0%,出苗率72.3%,发芽势0.48,发芽指数18.7以上,发芽势和发芽指数比去果肉湿沙贮藏高,而且出苗提前9 d以上,出苗整齐。草珊瑚种子带果肉湿椰糠或湿木糠常温贮藏比去果肉湿沙贮藏好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The three different storage methods were used to find suitable storage methods for Sarcandra glabra seeds. The experiment of germination and spaced sowing was carried out. The results showed that the germination rate, emergence rate, germination potential and germination index were 90. 0%,72. 3%,0. 48 and 18. 7,respectively,when the S. glabra seeds with pulp were stored with wet coconut dust or wet sawdust. The germination potential and germination index were higher than those of wet sand storage method. The emergence was 9 days in advanced compared to the others. The seedlings came out evenly. The S. glabra seeds stored with wet coconut dust or wet sawdust at room temperature was better than that of wet sand storage.更多还原
