蚯蚓粪—桑枝秆栽培鲍鱼菇的研究
Experiment on Pleurotus abalonus cultivated with vermicompost and mulberry branch
【摘要】 【目的】为了充分利用广西丰富的蚯蚓粪和桑枝秆资源。【方法】采用桑枝秆为秸秆培养基,并按适当比例添加蚯蚓粪替代麦麸,分成三组栽培配方进行鲍鱼菇栽培试验。【结果】各组配方茵袋的茵丝色泽没有差异,使用蚯蚓粪全部代替麦麸的配方三组菌丝生长速率最快,达到6.8mm/d,比全麦麸对照组稍快;蚯蚓粪部分替代麦麸的配方一组与配方二组的菌丝生长速率略慢;添加蚯蚓粪的三组配方,都能够较好地栽培鲍鱼菇,但产量上有所差异,添加10%蚯蚓粪的配方二组生物学效率最好,为68.27%,比不加蚯蚓粪的对照组产量高8.3%。【结论】蚯蚓粪适宜替代麦麸用于栽培鲍鱼菇,添加10%的蚯蚓粪配方最好。
【Abstract】 【Objective】In order to take full advantage of abundant wormcast and ramulus mori stalk resources in Guangxi.【Method】Applying mulberry branch as a suitable cultivations,three groups of cultivated formula cultivated Pleurotus abalonus experiments were carried out,in which to be added Vermicompost according to proper proportion.【Result】The results indicated that Vermicompost could make positive effect.When 10%Vermicompost were added to mulberry culture medium,the yield of Pleurotus abalonus reaches up to 68.27%,and the Biological(%) is increased by 8.3%comparing with the Control.The growth rate and growth of mycelia in this culture medium is better than others.【Conclusion】 The Vermicompost is suitable for the cultivation of abalone mushroom,instead of wheat bran,while add 10%of vermi compost formula is the best.
