Sr2SnO4:Eu3+红色荧光粉的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 为研发白光LED(light-emitting diodes,发光二极管)用红色荧光粉,采用高温固相法制备了可被近紫外光有效激发的Sr2SnO4∶Eu3+荧光粉,对样品分别进行了X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)的测定。结果表明:当烧结温度为1 300℃时,可以得到Sr2Sn O4的纯相,所制备的Sr1.90SnO4∶Eu0.103+荧光粉颗粒的粒径大小约为12μm,颗粒形状较规则;Sr2SnO4:Eu3+荧光粉能够被392 nm的紫外光有效激发,在611 nm处发出较强的红色荧光,对应于Eu3+的5D0→7F2电偶极跃迁。392 nm处的吸收峰与目前应用的紫外光LED芯片相匹配,表明Sr2Sn O4∶Eu3+红色荧光材料在白光LED领域具有潜在的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In order to develop phosphors for white light emitting diodes( LED),a phosphor of Sr2SnO4∶ Eu3+,which could be efficiently stimulated by near-UV light,was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction. Structure,morphology and photoluminescence properties( PL) of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer,respectively. Results showed that the pure phase of Sr2SnO4 could be achieved at 1 300 ℃,and the average diameter of particles was 1 2 μm. Sr2-xSnO4∶ Eux3+phosphors could be effectively excited at 392 nm and irradiated red light at 611 nm due to the forced electric dipole 5D07F2 transitions of Eu3+. It was demonstrated that Sr2SnO4∶ Eu3+phosphor was a promising red component for possible applications in the white light emitting diodes.
