轻量化单缸短行程直喷式柴油机喷油器和燃烧系统匹配研究
Study on Matching of Injector and Combustion System for Single Cylinder Direct Injection Diesel Engine with Lightweight and Short Stroke
【摘要】 为了改善轻量化的GD190单缸短行程直喷式柴油机的工作性能,建立了三维动态CFD模型并进行了模拟计算,重点分析了喷油器的安装深度,以及油束夹角对缸内气流运动的影响。计算结果表明:在燃油开始喷射后,环形空间中的气体向内流到燃烧室,与油束切向力的相互作用,在油束夹角较大时,在油束上部形成明显的漩涡;油束下方气流基本保持油束带动的漩涡流动。
【Abstract】 In order to improve performance of the short stroke of high-speed single cylinder diesel engine,a 3D dynamic CFD model was established,and the CFD simulation was carried out in it. The influence of installation depth of the injector and the angle of the fuel beam on the air flow in the cylinder are analyzed. The simulated results showed that the air flow in the annular space flows inward to the combustion chamber,and the tangential force of the fuel beam is interacting with each other after the fuel injection starting. When the angle of the fuel beam is large,a clear vortex is formed at the upper part of the fuel beam. Below the fuel beam,the vortex flow driven by fuel beam was essential flow type.
