压痕硬度测试技术中计算方法的改进

【摘要】 基于Attaf和Jha等提出的理论,在Oliver-Pharr(OP)法计算压痕硬度的基础上,分别建立了卸载功、卸载斜率和压痕硬度之间的解析模型;用此模型计算得到了压痕硬度并与面积法计算的结果进行了对比分析,分析了卸载斜率和卸载功的计算误差对压痕硬度的影响。结果表明:卸载斜率的计算精度受数据采集误差的影响较大,以卸载功计算压痕硬度则可避免数据采集误差的影响;与OP法相比,以卸载功计算的压痕硬度与面积法得到的更为接近;卸载斜率计算误差对压痕硬度计算精度的影响大于卸载功计算误差的。

【Abstract】 Based on the theory proposed by Attaf and Jha and on the indentation hardness calculation method of Oliver-Pharr(OP),the analytical models of the unloading work,unloading slope and indentation hardness were established respectively.The indentation hardnesses were calculated and compared with those by area method.The effects of unloading slope and unloading work calculation errors on the indentation hardness were also analyzed.The results show that the calculation accuracy of unloading slope was influenced significantly by the data acquisition error,while using uploading work to calculate the indentation hardness could avoid the effect of data acquisition error.The calculated indentation hardnesses with the uploading work were closer to those by the area method than those by the OP method.The effect of the uploading slope calculation error on the calculation accuracy of the indentation hardness was larger than that of the unloading work calculation error.
