【摘要】 研究目的是了解个体背景和大学校园经历对大学生专业坚持/流失的影响机制。研究样本来自西部1所"985工程"高校和1所"211工程"高校的大学三年级学生。研究结果表明,个人背景和校园经历对大学生专业学习坚持和专业工作坚持具有不同的影响模式。个体背景可以显著影响大学生学习坚持行为但不能影响工作坚持意愿,大学校园经历对大学生专业学习坚持行为和专业工作坚持意愿均有较强的解释力。此外,大学生的校园经历中的专业经历可以作为预测高年级大学生学习坚持和工作坚持的重要变量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the data from a survey conducted among senior undergraduate students at two top universities in Western China,this study explores the relationship between the individual background,campus experience and major persistence in engineering among Chinese college students.It is found that behavioral persistence in learning among college students is significantly associated with individual background,but the intentional persistence in career in different patterns.Campus experience is a very important variable for predicting both behavioral persistence in learning and intentional persistence in career of college students.Professional experience in campus,a new variable developed for this study,is also a useful predicted variable for both behavioral persistence in learning and intentional persistence in career among senior college students.更多还原
