【摘要】 目的探讨积极心理护理干预对帕金森合并抑郁及认知功能障碍的临床效果。方法选取来我院治疗的帕金森病合并抑郁症及认知功能障碍患者116例,根据治疗病区分成两个组,各58例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组行积极心理干预,均连续干预8周。观察比较两组干预前后的抑郁和认知功能变化。结果两组干预前汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组HAMD评分较干预前均有显著下降(P<0.05),观察组下降幅度明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Mo CA评分明显高于干预前,Mo CA总分和语言能力、命名能力、延迟回忆3个维度评分明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理干预可显著改善帕金森病患者抑郁和认知功能障碍症状,对提高患者生存和生活质量具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of positive psychological nursing intervention on Parkinson’s patients combined depression and cognitive impairment. Methods 116 cases of Parkinson’s patients combined depression and cognitive impairment were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,58 cases in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while observation group was received positive psychological nursing intervention. Depression status and cognitive function of two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results There were no significantly difference between two groups in pre-intervention’s HAMD and Mo CA scores(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMD scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);HAMD score of the observation groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Mo CA scores of two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05);Mo CA scores(and language,naming,delayed recall)of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Positive psychology interventions can significantly improve depression symptoms and cognitive impairment of Parkinson’s patients.更多还原
