【摘要】 目的探讨认知暴露疗法对于急性应激障碍(ASD)患者的治疗效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年6月在我院治疗的80例ASD患者并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受认知暴露疗法,对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者在治疗前24小时内评估的HAMA、HAMD和SCL-90评分,组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组上述量表评分较治疗前均获得了显著性降低(P<0.05),并且治疗后观察组上述量表的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后随访3个月,观察组的病情康复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知暴露疗法辅助治疗ASD有利于改善患者的应激障碍症状与心理状态,提高临床疗效,促进患者的身心康复,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cognitive exposure therapy in the treatment of acute stress disorder(ASD). Methods 80 cases of ASD patients were collected from January 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital and then randomly divided into observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug treatment,while the observation group received cognitive exposure therapy on the basis of the therapy of the control group,the effect between the two groups were compared. Results Within 24 hours before therapy,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and SCL-90 of the two groups were evaluated and compared,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and SCL-90 of the two groups were both significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the indexes mentioned above of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).3 months of follow-up after treatment,the condition rehabilitation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05(P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive exposure therapy on the patients with ASD is more effective to improve the stress disorder symptoms and mental state of the patients,also to improve the clinical efficacy,promote the patient’s physical and psychological rehabilitation.Thus,it is worthy of popularization and Application.更多还原
