【摘要】 目的探讨老年期慢性精神分裂症采取利培酮联合小剂量碳酸锂的临床疗效。方法选取80例于2012年3月至2014年3月期间我院接收的老年慢性精神分裂症患者,将其分为对照组与实验组,两组分别采取利培酮和利培酮联合小剂量碳酸锂治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗后3个月,实验组各量表评分均稍低于对照组(P>0.05),治疗后6个月,实验组BPRS总分、BPRS-ACTV(激活性)、BPRS-ANDP(焦虑忧郁)因子分与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组稍有改善,但与治疗前比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6个月、12个月,实验组上述指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05);同时治疗后12个月,两组SANS总分、BPRS-HOST(敌对猜疑)因子分与治疗前比较均有所改善,而实验组改善更显著(P<0.05),在数值上,实验组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在疗效上,实验组明显优于对照组,不良反应明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论老年期慢性精神分裂症采用利培酮联合销量碳酸锂治疗,能够显著改善精神分裂症症状,疗效显著,且安全性相对较高,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of risperidone combined with small dose of lithium carbonate in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control groups were treated with risperidone, and the experimental group with risperidone combined with small dose of lithium carbonate, the efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results 3 months after treatment,the scale scores of BPRS in the experimental group were slightly lower than that of the control group(P>0.05),6 months after treatment,the scores of BPRS,BPRS-ACTV(activated),BPRS-ANDP(anxiety and depression), compared before treatment, were statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group slightly improved,but compared with before treatment,had no statistical significance(P>0.05),6 months and 12 months after treatment,the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);and 12 months after treatment,two groups of SANS score,BPRS-HOST(hostile)factor score compared with before treatment were improved,and the experiment group improved more significantly(P<0.05),in the numerical,experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);In effect,the experimental group was better than the control group,the adverse reaction was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Using risperidone combined with lithium carbonate therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of the elderly paitients with chronic schizophrenia, and the safety is relatively high,it is worth promoting.更多还原
