【摘要】 目的探讨心理护理对产科危重症患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年6月~2015年6月妇产科收治的80例产科危重症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表格法均分为两组:对照组和研究组,每组40例。其中对照组予以常规治疗及常规护理,研究组则在对照组的基础上增加心理护理2周。两组患者在接护理前、后分别评估焦虑症和抑郁症的发病率及评估SAS和SDS。结果两组患者在护理前焦虑症和抑郁症的发病率及SAS和SDS评分组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。护理后两组患者的焦虑症和抑郁症的发病率及SAS和SDS评分较护理前均下降,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,护理后研究组的上述指标较对照组而言更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科危重症患者在常规治疗及护理的基础上增加心理护理,可以更有效的改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,降低因自身疾病导致的焦虑症和抑郁症的发病率,因此值得在产科临床工作中进行推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of clinical effect of psychological nursing on critically ill patients in obstetrics. Method 80 cases of critically ill patients in obstetrics were selected from June 2010 to June 2015 in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital. According to the method of random number table,all the patients were divided into two groups averagely :the control group and the researh group. The control group were given the routine nursing intervention and therapy;meanwhile,the experimental group were received the psychological nursing for 2 weeks on the basis of conventional nursing care. Then the scores of SAS,SDS and the morbidities of anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Before received the nursing care,there were no statistical differences of the scores of SAS,SDS and the morbidities of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P> 0.05). After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and the morbidities of anxiety and depression were all decreased compared with that before nursing intervention in both groups,and the differences had statistical significances(P<0.05). Also,the indexes above of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The high psychological nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can be more effective than the routine one only on the depression and anxiety mood,also the morbidities of the two kinds of diseases on p critically ill patients in obstetrics.
