【摘要】 目的了解我院门诊抗抑郁药物的应用状况,探讨其变化趋势和市场动态。方法以用药金额排序法对该院2011.1~2013.12抗抑郁药物的品种和金额等进行归类统计,并用限定日剂量法对药物使用进行评估。结果 2011.1~2013.12我院口服抗抑郁药物中用药金额和DDDs都是增长的趋势,用药品种变化不大,以国产药占较大比例。结论应注意口服抗抑郁药物的合理使用,加大国产新药的开发和使用,同时配合进口药的临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the application status of antidepressant drugs in outpatient department of our hospital,and to explore the change trend and market dynamics. Method Catalogue and count the variety and amount of anti depression drug,witch used sequencing method of the amount of medication,from 2011.1~2013.12,and the drug was assessed using the defined daily dose method. Result The amount of anti depression drug and DDDs showed growth,and medicine varieties changed little,with domestic drug accounted for a large proportion of. Conclusion Attention should be paid to rational use of oral antidepressant drugs,and to increase the development and use of domestic drug,and to cooperate clinical application of imported drugs.更多还原
