【摘要】 目的探讨冠心病患者院外管理对患者疗效影响。方法选取2013年3月至2014年1月我院收治的80例冠心病患者随机分为管理组和常规组,常规组出院后定期随访,管理组在患者出院后行院外管理,比较12月后两组患者血压、血脂水平、依从性、疗效及患者满意度。结果管理组患者血压及血脂水平均优于常规组,两组间各值比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。管理组规律用药、规律饮食、规律生活及规律运动依从性均高于常规组,两组间各值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%高于常规组(80.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理组患者满意度为97.50%高于常规组(75.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院外管理应用于冠心病患者可有效控制血压、血脂水平,提高患者治疗依从性、疗效和满意度,具有一定的应用价值,值得在临床中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of management outside the hospital on treatment efficacy in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into management groups and conventional group. After hospital discharge, the conventional group was regularly visited while the management group was managed outside the hospital. After 12 months, blood pressure, blood lipid level, compliance, efficacy and patient satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results Blood pressure and blood lipid level in management group were better than these in conventional group withstatistically significant differences(P<0.05). Compliance to regular medication, regular diet, regular life and exercisein management group was better than that in conventional group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate in management group was 97.50%, higher than 80.00% in conventional group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Patient satisfaction in management group was 97.50%, higher than 75.00% in conventional group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions Management outside the hospital can effectively control the blood pressure and blood lipid level and improve compliance and patient satisfaction in patients with coronary heart disease. Therefore, it is worth applying and its application in clinic should be promoted.更多还原
