【摘要】 目的构建我国卫生事业发展综合评价的测量模型,评价从"十五"到"十二五"期间我国卫生事业发展水平。方法采用SPSS 18.0建立因子分析模型。结果选取相关发展指标构建因子分析模型,模型Y=88.419%F1+9.306%F2能解释97.725%的我国卫生事业发展情况。"十五"到"十二五"期间,我国卫生事业发展综合评价得分逐年递增。结论因子分析模型适合用于测量我国卫生事业发展水平,我国卫生事业应继续加强在卫生资源、医疗服务、医疗费用、公共卫生、妇幼保健等方面的工作力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To establish a measurement model of comprehensive evaluation of Chinese health service development,and to assess the development levels of health service from the 10 th five-year plan to the 12 th five-year plan.Methods The SPSS 18.0was applied to establish a factor analysis model.Results The selected development indicators were suitable to establish the factor analysis model.The model Y=88.419%F1+9.306%F2could explain97.725% of the Chinese heath service development situation.During the period of the 10 th five-year plan to the 12 th five-year plan,the comprehensive evaluation scores of Chinese heath service development were increasing year by year.Conclusions Factor analysis model is a effective tool for measuring the development levels of the health service.The efforts on health resources,medical service,medical expenses,public health,maternal and child health care should be strengthened.更多还原
