【摘要】 目的了解广州市基本药物制度实施后门诊患者对该制度的认知及对基层医疗机构的满意情况,并探讨影响患者满意度的相关因素。方法自行设计问卷,采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法选取广州市8个区共15个社区卫生服务中心1 110名患者并进行调查。结果门诊患者对基层医疗机构的平均满意度得分为15.30±2.51分,但仅55.1%的门诊患者听说过国家基本药物制度。不同年龄组别、职业、户籍类型、总医疗费用患者的满意度得分差异具有统计学意义;决策树结果显示,近半年来患者所花费的总医疗费用是影响门诊患者满意度的最重要因素,其次为职业。结论广州市门诊患者虽然对基本药物制度的知晓率总体偏低,但对基层医疗机构的满意度较高,建议进一步加大媒体的宣传力度,并不断完善国家基本药物目录。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the level of knowledge of national essential drug and satisfaction of community health service(CHS)institution among outpatients in Guangzhou after implementing national essential drug system.Methods 1 110 outpatients were selected by multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling from eight districts in Guangzhou and the survey was conducted by a self-designed questionnaire.Results The average score of outpatients’ satisfaction was 15.30±2.5and only 55.1% respondents were aware of the essential drug system.Subjects with different age,region,occupation and medical expense had different score.Decision tree showed that medical expense region was the most important influencing factor of outpatients’ satisfaction,second was occupations.Conclusions The level of knowledge of national essential drug was low among outpatients in Guangzhou,but the outpatients had high satisfaction of CHS institution.So the media should play a key role in spreadING national essential drug related knowledge to outpatients,and improve national essential drug list.更多还原
