直接免疫荧光法快速检测甲型流感病毒抗原的临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨直接免疫荧光法快速检测早期甲型流感病毒抗原及其临床应用。方法选择临床上诊断为急性呼吸道感染入院的患者,采集标本200例,将其分为两组:冬春两季流行季节儿童组(100例)和夏秋两季非流感流行期间儿童组(100例),使用美国D3Ultra甲型流感病毒抗原检测试剂,采用荧光标记的单克隆抗体对感冒患者进行甲型流感病毒抗原检测。结果在冬春两季流感流行期间,100例儿童检测有8例阳性,阳性率为8%;在夏秋两季非流感流行期间100例儿童检测有2例阳性,阳性率为2%;两组阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用直接免疫荧光法快速检测甲型流感毒感抗原是一种经济、高效、快速、特异的检测方法,能指导临床快速诊断,合理用药。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the direct immunofluorescence method for rapidly detecting influenza A virus antigen and its clinical application.Methods The inpatients with clinically diagnosed acute respiratory tract infection were selected.Two hundred samples were collected and divided into two groups:the winter and spring epidemic seasons children group and the summer and autumn non-epidemic seasons children group,100 cases in each group.The US D3 Ultra influenza A virus antigen detection reagent was used.The fluorescence labeled monoclonal antibody was adopted to detect influenza A virus antigen in the patients with cold.Results During the winter and spring seasons of influenza prevalence,8cases of 100 detected cases were positive with the positive rate of 8%;during the summer and autumn seasons of non-influenzaprevalence,2cases of 100 cases were positive with positive rate of 2%,the difference in the positive rate between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the direct immunofluorescence method for rapidly detecting influenza A virus antigen is an economical,efficient,rapid and specific detection method,and can guide clinical rapid diagnosis and rational medication.
