【摘要】 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)在浓毒血症早期诊断中的价值。方法回顾性研究该院2014年6月至2015年6月2日内进行细菌培养与PCT检测且结果有效的686例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果该研究中,血培养阳性56例,体液培养阳性67例,所有培养阴性567例,3组的PCT中位数分别为4.26、2.78、0.46ng/mL;革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌感染患者PCT中位数分别为2.35和4.56ng/mL;胸腔积液培养、腹腔积液培养、胆汁培养阳性患者PCT中位数分别为1.91、5.23、3.64ng/mL。47例脓毒血症和16例重度脓毒血症的PCT值分别为5.32和10.25ng/mL。结论 PCT水平与脓毒血症的病情严重程度、病原菌种类以及患者感染部位具有一定的关系,可以用于脓毒血症的早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of serum procalcitonin(PCT)to the early diagnosis of sepsis.Methods From June2014 to June 2015,a total of 686 cases were enrolled in this retrospective study.PCT tests were assayed within 2days of bacterial culture.Results In this study,56 cases,67cases,and 567 cases were classified into the positive blood culture group,positive body fluid culture group,and negative all culture group,respectively.Median PCT values were 4.26 2.78,0.46ng/mL,respectively.Median PCT values in the gram-positive bacterial culture group and gram-negative bacterial culture group,respectively,were 2.35and4.56ng/mL.Median PCT values in the positive hydrothorax culture group,positive ascites culture group,and positive bile culture group,respectively,were 1.91,5.23,3.64ng/mL.In all,Median PCT values of 47 cases of sepsis and 16 cases of severe sepsis were5.32 and 10.25ng/mL,respectively.Conclusion PCT level is correlated with the severity of sepsis,pathogenic bacteria type,and the site of infection,and can be used in the early diagnosis of sepsis.更多还原
