毛坯截面形状对L形截面异形环件轧制成形的影响
The Effects of Section Shape of Blank on the Rolling Process of L-section Profiled Ring
【摘要】 利用有限元软件对L型截面异形环件轧制工艺进行了研究,模拟了矩形、外斜度、内斜度三种不同形状的轧制毛坯轧制后,孔型填充和缺陷产生,结果表明:1)矩形截面轧制毛坯进行环轧后,孔型不能完全充满,且出现了一定程度的鱼尾和毛刺;2)内斜度轧制毛坯进行环轧后,孔型不能充满,且环件内圆处原有斜度不能完全消除,并出现了严重的毛刺;3)外斜度环件进行环轧后,孔型能够完全充满,且鱼尾和毛刺等缺陷较为轻微。工艺试制结果表明,该方案能够生产出合格的锻件。
【Abstract】 The rolling process of a L-section profile ring was studied by means of the deform finite element program. The situation of the filling and defect for three kinds of rolling blanks with different shape,i. e.rectangle,external taper profile and inner taper profile after rolling were simulated. The results show that:1) The rolling pass could not be completely filled for the blank with a rectangle section after rolling,and appeared a certain of the fishtail and burr. 2) The rolling pass of the blank with inner taper profile could not be completely filled and the original slope in inner circle of the ring cannot be eliminated and appeared the serious burr. 3) The rolling pass of the blank with external taper profile could be completely filled after rolling and appeared the slighter fishtail and burr. The process test showed that this method could produce qualified forging.
