【摘要】 目的:分析锁定钢板结合植骨治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效及预后。方法:选取2012年3月~2014年9月在我院进行肱骨外科颈骨折治疗的58例患者,将其分为观察组(29例)和对照组(29例),观察组患者行锁定钢板结合植骨治疗,对照组患者行三叶草钢板治疗。观察两组患者术中出血量、手术时间以及术后恢复时间,比较VAS疼痛评分、Constant—Murley绝对值评分等参数。结果:观察组患者术中流血量明显少于对照组,并且手术时间少于对照组,术后,观察组平均住院时间与平均康复时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),Constant—Murley评分更高、VAS疼痛评分更低(P<0.05),疗效更好;两组患者均出现血管损伤、胸部损伤等并发症,但是观察组并发症人数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板结合植骨在治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折中,能够有效地减低手术时间、患者恢复时间,并且减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyse the clinical efficacy and prognosis of locking plate combined with bone graft in the treatment of surgical neck fractures in elderly patients.METHODS:58 cases of surgical neck fracture of humerus in our hospital from March2012 to September2014 were enrolled and were divided into the observation group(33 cases) and control group(33 cases).The observation group were treated with locking plate combined with bone graft and the control group was treated with clover leaf.The amount of bleeding,operation time and recovery time in the two groups were observed.And the VAS score and Constant-Murley score were compared.RESULTS;The amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the operation time was less than that in the control group,and the average length of hospital stay and the average recovery time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P <0.05),Constant- Murley score was higher,VAS pain score was lower(P <0.05),and the effect was better.Two groups had vascular injury,chest injury and other complications.But the numbers of complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Locking plate combined with bone graft in the treatment of surgical neck fractures in elderly patients,can effectively reduce the operation time,patients recovery time,the amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications.更多还原
