【Abstract】 Maxillary sinus floor elevation is a common solution to the lack of dental bone implant. Infections are less commonly observed in bone-grafted areas. For instance, 1 out of 100 cases is infected. The main clinical symptoms are manifested in the affected side of migraine. Systemic and local antibiotic treatments are ineffective. In maxillary sinus floor elevation, a hole is bored in the region of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus to create a drainage. This procedure yields optimum effect.更多还原
