【Abstract】 The smart-phone for students become more popular, and they has become one of the necessities of their life. Fully considering the demands of student and parents for smart phones, a design of Android smart-phone for students is proposed based on the depth-customization with ROM. This smart-phone not only keeps the original communication function, but also integrates the education resources in the Internet. That is, the phone is a technological innovation device which applies the cloud storage technology and cloud service network. It will lead parents, schools and students to achieve the common goal in education via this integrated, general, efficient new foundation platform of network education resources.
