基于软开关管LED开关电源设计

【摘要】 针对目前大部分LED电源损耗大、可靠性差和使用寿命短的缺点,设计一款采用单片机为软开关主控芯片的LED开关电源,通过谐振电路使主开关管处于软开关工作状态,可降低开关管的损耗,提升开关电源的整体效率,通过仿真及测试结果表明,该LED开关电源损耗小,效率高(转换效率达91%以上),可靠性好,具有良好的实用价值。

【Abstract】 At present most LED power supplies have the disadvantages of large power loss,poor reliability and short service life,to improve these we design a LED switching power supply, the main control chip of its soft-switching is a microcontroller,through a resonant circuit let the main switch working at the soft-switching condition,which can reduce the loss of switch tube, and increase the overall efficiency of the switching power supply. Through simulation and test results we can make the conclusion that this LED switching power supply has lower energy loss, high efficiency(conversion efficiency is more than91%),good reliability, and good practical value.
