【Abstract】 To investigate the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from uncaria dregs, establishing a simple, fast and safe extraction method. Methods: to extract polysaccharide by ultrasonic-assisted, the orthogonal test was employed for optimum of extraction conditions of polysaccharide. Results: the best technological conditions of extracting polysaccharide uesing ultrasonic-assisted by single factor tests and orthogonal experiments were determined, such as the extraction time 30 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, p H 9.
