磁性-金属核壳纳米结构在分离和SERS检测中的应用研究
Investigation of Magnetic-Metal Core-Shell Nanostructures in Separation and SERS Detection
【摘要】 对于复杂有机混合物的快速分离和检测已经成为环境监测和食品安全中研究的重点内容。高效液相色谱法(HPLC)作为一种有效的分离技术可对复杂体系进行分离,而表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)具有高表面灵敏度,可对分子进行准确的定性和班定量分析,两种结合可望对复杂体系进行详细的分析指认。本文通过利用磁性-金属核壳纳米粒子为SERS基底,将HPLC和SERS技术联用,选用4,4-联吡啶和农药福美双混合物作为模型体系,以可撤离的磁场作为富集手段,在HPLC分析的同时实现流出物与纳米粒子的充分作用,以HPLC的检测器测定成分流出时间,以SERS确定对应的物种的成分,从而有限实现分离和连续在线SERS检测。
【Abstract】 The rapid separation and detection of complex organic mixture have become the key issue of environmental and food safety science.However,it is still a challenge to develop a rapid online separation and continuous detection technology.The combination of HPLC and SERS can achieve effective separation and sensitive detection simultaneously.Herein,the method based on magnetic core shell nanoparticles combined with on-line HPLC-SERS technique was developed for the rapid screening and identification of the components of mixed organic compounds of 4,4-bipyridine and thiram.The SER spectra were well associated with the HPLC results,and the components were identified accordingly.
