可调频信号控制的光纤激光器驱动电路设计
Design of fiber laser driver circuit controlled by adjustable signal
【摘要】 为实现大功率光纤激光器的智能化控制,提出一种由外围信号控制激光器输出功率大小的驱动电路设计。系统以STM32F407ZG为主控芯片,通过调节外围信号的频率与幅度来控制激光驱动电流的大小,从而达到对激光输出功率的控制。整个系统能对激光器泵源温度及电流实时监测并保护,电流输出精度可达到±0.01A,保证了激光器稳定、可靠地工作。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve the intelligent control of high power fiber laser, this paper presents the design of fiber laser driver circuit. The system takes STM32F407 ZG as the main control chip. the laser driven current controls by adjusting the frequency and amplitude of the peripheral signal, so as to control the laser output power. It can acquisition and protect temperature and current of the laser pump in real time.The output precision of the current can reach ±0.01 A, which ensures the stability and reliability of the laser.
