【摘要】 目的:建立流感丸中乌头碱的限量检查及HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对流感丸中乌头碱进行限量检查;采用高效液相色谱法测定流感丸中乌头碱的含量。结果:薄层色谱方法简便、专属性强,乌头碱在8.0~20μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.85%(RSD%=1.43%)。结论:该法稳定、快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于流感丸中乌头碱的限量检查及含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the aconitine limited inspection and HPLC determination method in LiuGanWan. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was used for the aconitine limited inspection in LiuGanWan.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was used to determine the aconitine content level in LiuGanWan. Results: TLC was simple and convenient with strong specificity, aconitine in 8.0 ~20 μg/mL had good linear relationship, and the average sample recovery rate was 98.85%(RSD%=1.43%). Conclusion: This method is stable, fast, simple and convenient, accurate, reliable and can be used for the aconitine limited inspection and content determination in LiuGanWan.更多还原
