【摘要】 目的:观察五步正踝法配合正骨散外敷治疗急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法:将急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者200例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组给予五步正踝法配合正骨散外敷治疗,对照组给予正骨散外敷治疗。比较2组治疗前后肿胀消退情况以及Kofoed评分情况,并评价疗效。结果:治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为97.00%(97/100),对照组为89.00%(89/100),2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为100.00%(100/100),对照组为96.00%(96/100),2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五步正踝法配合正骨散外敷可消肿止痛,改善急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical effects of five-step ankle bonesetting method in treating acute ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury.Methods:All 200 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,100 cases each group.The observation group were treated with five-step ankle bonesetting method and external use of ZhengGu powder,the control group accepted external use of ZhengGu powder.The swelling disappearing conditions and Kofoed scales were compared before and after treating,clinical effects were assessed.Results:After treating for two weeks,total effective rate of the observation group was 97.00%(97/100),higher than89.00%(89/100) of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).After treating for four weeks,total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%(100/100),higher than 96.00%(96/100),and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).Conclusion:Five-step ankle bonesetting method could relieve the swelling,stop the pain and improve acute ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury.更多还原
