【摘要】 目的:观察中药热熨联合耳穴压豆及辨证施护对颈性眩晕治疗效果的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组均给予相同的治疗方法,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用中药热熨联合耳穴压豆及辨证施护进行干预,观察2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为90%,对照组为76.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热熨联合耳穴压豆及辨证施护有助于颈性眩晕的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of herbal hot ironing, pressing beans on auricular points combined with syndrome differentiation and care on therapeutic effects of cervical vertigo. Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. Two groups were given the same treatment. The control group accepted routine nursing while the observation group was intervened with herbal hot ironing, pressing beans on auricular points combined with syndrome differentiation and care. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 90% while the control group was 76.7%. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:herbal hot ironing, pressing beans on auricular points combined with syndrome differentiation and careare helpful for treatingcervical vertigo.更多还原
