【摘要】 目的:观察补肾活血通络方及双醋瑞因、硫酸氨基葡萄糖对骨性关节炎合并高尿酸血症患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)等的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。2组均用双醋瑞因和硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察组同时服用补肾活血通络方,2组均连续治疗14天。观察2组治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平。结果:TNF-α、IL-1β治疗后2组均明显降低,观察组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血通络方及双醋瑞因、硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗骨性关节炎合并高尿酸血症患者,有助于降低TNF-α、IL-1β水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of Bu Shen Huo Xue Tong Luo prescriptions, diacerein and D-glucosamine sulfate on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) of the patients suffering from osteoarthritis complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group. Both groups were treated with diacerein and D-glucosamine sulfate, and the observation group took Bu Shen Huo Xue Tong Luo prescriptions, both groups were treated for 14 days consecutively.The levels of TNF-α and IL-1βof both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: The levels of TNF-αand IL-1β of both groups decreased obviously after treating(P<0.05), the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bu Shen Huo Xue Tong Luo prescriptions, diacerein and D-glucosamine sulfate are helpful to lower the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in treating osteoarthritis complicated with hyperuricemia.更多还原
