【摘要】 目的:观察火针治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将神经性皮炎患者60例随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用火针针刺皮损处方法,对照组30例外擦曲安奈德尿素软膏。连续治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为83.33%,对照组为70.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在缓解瘙痒症状方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针治疗神经性皮炎具有较好的止痒效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe curative effects of fire needle in treating neurodermitis. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups randomly. 30 cases of the treatment group accepted fire needle needling skin lesions and 30 cases of the control group Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Urea Cream for external use. Both groups were treated for four consecutive weeks to observe clinical effects. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, higher than 70.00% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups(P>0.05); the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving the itching(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fire needle in treating neurodermitis shows better effects of relieving the itching.更多还原
