【摘要】 目的:评价耳穴按压配合芳香疗法对大肠癌围术期患者睡眠质量的作用效果。方法:将135例大肠癌手术患者随机分为A组(耳穴按压配合芳香疗法)、B组(耳穴按压)、C组(芳香疗法)、D组(空白组),采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对4组患者干预前后的睡眠质量水平进行测试并比较不同方法的效果。结果:PSQI总分干预后A、B、C组与D组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B、C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组与B组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴按压配合芳香疗法能有效提高大肠癌围术期患者的睡眠质量,且效果优于耳穴按压和芳香疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effects of auricular acupressure combined with aromatherapy on quality of sleep of the patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period.Methods:All 135 patients were randomized into group A(auricular acupressure combined with aromatherapy),group B(auricular acupressure),group C(aromatherapy) and group D(the blank group).Quality of sleep of the patients in four groups was tested before and after intervention by adopting PSQI,and the effects of different therapies were compared.Results:The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of total scales of PSQI among four groups after intervention(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning when group A was compared with group B and C(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning when group C was compared with group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupressure combined with aromatherapy could effectively improve quality of sleep of the patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative period,and the effects are superior to these of auricular acupressure and aromatherapy respectively.更多还原
