【摘要】 目的:探讨瑶药包热敷熨疗法对类风湿关节炎患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α的影响。方法:将类风湿关节炎患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例,2组均予美洛昔康片15 mg口服,1次/d;甲氨蝶呤片10 mg,1次/周。治疗组在此基础上予瑶药包热敷熨治疗,1次/d,20 min/次。共治疗2周。2组患者治疗前后各采集静脉血4 m L,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-1β、TNF-α浓度。结果:治疗后2组患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α浓度均有下降,治疗组对IL-1β、TNF-α的抑制作用优于对照组。结论:瑶药包热敷熨能有效降低血清致炎因子IL-1β、TNF-α的浓度,从而缓解RA患者的关节炎症症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of Yao medicine package hot ironing therapy on IL-1β and TNF-α of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods: Sixty RA patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group, both groups took meloxicam tablets orally, 15 mg, once per day;methotrexate tablets, 10 mg, once each week. The treatment group were treated by Yao medicine package hot ironing therapy, once per day, 20 min each time, for two weeks. The concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay Elisa after veinous blood was collected from the patients in both groups before and after treating. Results: The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in both groups decreased after treating, the treatment group was superior to the control group in inhibiting IL-1β and TNF-α. Conclusion: Yao medicine package hot ironing therapy could effectively decrease the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α of RA patients, therefore to relieve the symptoms of RA patients.更多还原
