【摘要】 目的观察益气活血方联合常规降压西药对老年"H型"高血压病气虚血瘀证患者血压及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法将96例老年"H型"高血压病气虚血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片、氢氯噻嗪片及叶酸片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合益气活血方口服。治疗4周后,比较2组治疗前后的血压及Hcy的水平。结果 2组治疗后诊室血压(CBP)及动态血压监测(ABPM)结果较同组治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05);治疗组诊室收缩压较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);治疗组ABPM夜间收缩压均值(n SBP)及白天舒张压均值(d DBP)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组CBP疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组Hcy水平较同组治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方联合常规降压西药治疗老年"H型"高血压病气虚血瘀证,在控制血压、降低Hcy水平方面均优于单纯西药,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence on blood pressure and homocysteine(Hcy) of elderly H-typehypertension treated by Yiqi Huoxue Fang plus routine Western hypotensor.Methods 96 cases of elderly H-typehypertension with qi deficiency and blood stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group and contol group,48 cases each. Two groups were intervened with amlodipine besylate Tablet,hydrochlorothiazide Tablet and folicacid Tablet. Addtionally,the treatment group took oral liquid for nurishing qi and activating blood circulation,4weeks as one course. The blood pressure and Hcy were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the clin-ic blood pressure(CBP) and the result of hambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) in two groups decreasedsignificantly(P<0. 05). Compared with control group,CBP in treatment group decreased more(P<0. 05). Thenighttime systolic blood pressure(n SBP),diastolic blood pressure during the day(d DBP) and CBP in treatmentgroup were all lower than that in control group(P<0. 05).
