连续流分段进水工艺的研究进展与展望
Research Progress and Prospect of Continuous Step Feed Process
【摘要】 目前,面对低碳氮比值的生活污水,传统生物脱氮除磷工艺处理效果不佳,而分段进水工艺是采用在每段的缺氧区或厌氧区进水的多点进水方式,使得大部分有机物能够被用于反硝化脱氮反应与厌氧释磷反应,最大程度地利用原水碳源。因此,分段进水工艺在处理低碳氮比值生活污水时具有独特的优势。在总结已有的研究成果基础上,主要介绍了分段进水生物脱氮除磷的工艺原理及技术特性,深入探讨了工艺的分段段数、反应器的体积分配、流量分配比、溶解氧浓度、营养元素比、污泥回流比,以及其他相关因素对工艺运行操作的影响,并阐述了改良UCT工艺在除磷方面的应用与前景。
【Abstract】 Traditional biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process can not achieve a satisfactory treatment efficiency of the sewage with low ratio of carbon to nitrogen. However,the step feed process uses the method of step feeding in anoxic zones or anaerobic zones,resulting in that most of the organics can be used by denitrifying bacteria for denitrification and phosphorus accumulating bacteria for phosphorus releasing,which can make full use of the carbon source of the raw wastewater. So the step feed process has the unique advantage to treat the sewage with low ratio of carbon to nitrogen. On the basis of the existing research achievements,the operational principle and technical characteristics of continuous step feed biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process were introduced. Some factors which influence the operation of the process were discussed,including step numbers,volume distribution of the reactor,influent flow distribution,concentration of dissolved oxygen,ratio of nutrients,returned activated-sludge ratio and other related ones. The application prospects about modified UCT process in phosphorus removal were described.
