聚衣康酸在海水循环冷却系统中的阻垢性能研究
Scale Inhibition Performance of PIA in Simulated Seawater Circulating Cooling System
【摘要】 利用海水循环冷却动态模拟试验装置,进行阻垢剂聚衣康酸的阻垢性能研究。当聚衣康酸的投加浓度为8 mg/L、浓缩倍数为2.0时,动态模拟试验运行14 d的结果表明,系统年污垢热阻<1.27×10-4m2·K/W,远低于《海水循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 23248—2009)中规定的控制指标,ΔA<0.2,阻垢率>97%。
【Abstract】 The experimental studies on scale inhibition performance of polyitaconic acid( PIA)were carried out by using dynamic simulation experiment device of seawater circulating cooling system.The 14-d operation results showed that the annual fouling resistance was less than 1. 27 × 10- 4m2·K/W,which was far below the control value specified in the Code for Design of Seawater Treatment for Recirculating Cooling Seawater System( GB / T 23248- 2009). The ΔA was less than 0. 2,and the average scale inhibition rate was over 97% under the condition that PIA added in the system was 8 mg / L and the cycle of concentration was 2. 0.
