以碱处理玉米芯为碳源去除二级出水中硝酸盐
Removal of Nitrate from Secondary Effluent by Biological Denitrification with Corncob Pretreated by Alkali as Carbon Source
【摘要】 针对低碳氮比的污水厂二级出水,采用以碱处理玉米芯/零价铁/活性炭为复合填料的反硝化滤池去除其中的硝酸盐,并利用陶粒生物滤池去除反硝化滤池出水中残留的TOC等污染物。试验结果表明,碱处理玉米芯碳源能被微生物有效利用,并可获得较高的脱氮率,在反硝化滤池进水NO-3-N为20~30 mg/L、HRT为7.7 h、温度为28℃左右时,对TN的去除率可达到95%以上,出水TOC在18 mg/L左右;陶粒滤池能有效截留反硝化滤池出水中的悬浮物,控制出水TOC在5 mg/L以下。生物反硝化滤池与陶粒滤池组合系统能较好地去除二级出水中的硝酸盐并且能控制最终的出水水质,不会导致二次污染。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the secondary effluent with low C / N ratio from WWTP,the denitrification filter with corncob pretreated by alkali / zero-valent iron / activated carbon as media was used to remove nitrate in the effluent. The ceramsite biofilter was adopted to remove the pollutants such as the TOC in the effluent from the denitrification filter. The experimental results showed that the corncob pretreated by alkali served as solid carbon source could be effectively used and achieve a high TN removal rate. The removal rate of TN in the denitrification filter could be above 95%,and the effluent TOC was about 18 mg /L when the influent NO-3- N,HRT and temperature were 20 to 30 mg / L,7. 7 h and 28 ℃ respectively.The ceramsite biofilter could effectively reduce the SS in the effluent from the denitrification filter and control TOC at below 5 mg / L. The combined system of denitrification filter and ceramsite biofilter could effectively remove the nitrate in the secondary effluent from WWTP and control the final effluent quality,and the secondary pollution would not occur.
