【摘要】 介绍了改良IC/改良HCR/SBR工艺在养猪废水处理中的运行情况。该工艺对HCR反应器的结构进行了改良,将射流曝气装置设置在反应器中心筒的下部,从而提高中心筒内的水流速度,使得反应器内部活性污泥全部处于循环状态,同时射流曝气器还能切割反应器内部的大颗粒污泥,使污泥絮体不断进行更新,提高絮体的活性。该工程采用HCR+SBR联合工艺,运用SBR反应池的生化+沉淀功能,在废水有机物浓度高时HCR+SBR联合运行,废水有机物浓度低时HCR独自运行,而SBR池仅用于沉淀过程,实现整个工程的经济、可靠运行。运行实践表明,该工艺处理效果良好、工艺运行稳定、经济,系统COD去除率达97%以上,BOD5去除率达95%以上,SS总去除率为96%以上,同时脱氮效果特别良好,对氨氮的去除率达到96%以上。

【Abstract】 The operation of IC / modified HCR / SBR process in the treatment of swine wastewater was introduced. The structure of HCR was improved by installing the jet aeration device at the lower part of the central cylinder of the reactor,so that the flow velocity in the central cylinder was improved,and the activated sludge in the reactor was in the circulation state. At the same time,the jet aeration device could also cut the large granular sludge in the reactor,so that the sludge could be updated continuously,and the activity of the flocs could be improved. The combined process of HCR and SBR was adopted in this project. The HCR and SBR were jointly operated when the organic concentration in the wastewater was high,and HCR was alone operated while SBR was only used for precipitation process when the organic concentration in the wastewater low. The project achieved the economic and reliable operation. The operation practice showed that the combined process had excellent treatment efficiency,steady and economic operation. The removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and ammonia nitrogen were above 97%,95%,96% and 96% respectively.
