【摘要】 "亚行"贷款甘肃林业生态发展项目是甘肃省目前涉及资金最多,涉及面最广的外资项目,计划营造经济林1.80万hm~2、生态林3 667万hm~2、储藏库8个、果品加工厂1个,建成后有望每年增加地方税收上千万元。对甘肃林业的影响:产生生态效益、经济效益,从传统林业向现代林业转变,转变林业工作者思想,锻炼一批林业专业人才,带动相关产业发展和吸纳部分农村剩余劳动力。存在的问题:栽植质量不合格,部分密度不达标,后期苗木管理粗放,环保意识薄弱,有害生物和病虫害防治不积极,个别县区树种选择失当。更多还原

【Abstract】 "ADB" Loan Gansu Forestry Ecological Development Project in Gansu Province is foreign investment projects which currently involved in the most money and the most extensive. It plans to create 18 000 hm~2 of forest, 3 667 hm~2 of ecological forest, 8 reservoirs and one fruit processing plant. After completion, local tax revenue will be expected to increase thousands of yuan each year. The impact of the project on Gansu forestry are producing the ecological and economic benefits, promoting the traditional forestry to modern forestry change, changing forestry workers’ thinking, training a large number of forestry professionals, developing related industries and absorbing some of the rural surplus labor force; current problems includes substandard quality planting, and that some planting density is not up to the standard, seedlings extensive management in late, weak environmental awareness, and that pests and pest control is inactive and that individual counties improper selection of tree species.更多还原
