载铁酵母对甲基橙吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 采用浸渍法制备载铁酵母,研究p H值、吸附时间等因素对其吸附甲基橙的性能影响,确定适宜的吸附条件和再生方法。结果表明,在室温下,处理质量浓度为10 mg/L的甲基橙溶液50 m L,p H=6.62,载铁酵母用量为0.2 g,搅拌吸附90 min,脱色率可达90%,吸附后的载铁酵母用0.3%的过氧化氢溶液处理获得一定程度的再生。通过载铁改性提高了酵母对甲基橙的吸附能力,吸附快速,适用的p H范围较宽。

【Abstract】 Iron loaded yeast was prepared by impregnation. Effects of value of p H,adsorption time and other factors on adsorption performance of Methyl Orange were studied. Suitable conditions of adsorption and regeneration method were determined. The results showed that at room temperature,mass concentration of 10 mg/L Methyl Orange solution 50 m L,p H = 6. 62,dosage of iron loaded yeast 0. 2 g,stirring adsorption 90 min,the decolorization rate was 90%; the adsorbed iron loaded yeast could be partly recycled by 0. 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. The iron modification improved the adsorption ability of yeast to Methyl Orange; the adsorption was fast and the range of p H was wide.
