【摘要】 目的了解和分析某高校医院门诊部抗菌药物的使用情况及存在问题,为抗菌药物合理使用提供依据。方法收集整理某高校医院2014年1—12月门诊处方,用SPSS,Excel进行整理、统计、分析。结果 6 610张处方中,抗菌药物处方1 136张,占总处方的17.19%;单品种口服给药868例,占76.41%;单品种静脉给药108例,占9.51%;联合用药160例,占14.08%。在抗菌药物使用中,β-内酰胺类使用率最高,达到40.14%。结论该高校医院门诊抗菌药物处方量符合《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》中门诊抗菌药物处方不能超出总处方20%的规定,口服与静脉用药基本符合抗菌药物合理使用原则,但在联合用药、用药时间等方面仍存在不合理的现象,有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand and analyze the situation of antibacterials used in university hospital outpatient department.And to provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics.Methods Collect and arrange the outpatient prescription of the University Hospital from January 2014 to December 2014.Use Excel,SPSS statistics,analysis.Results There are1136 prescriptions of antibiotics in total 6610 prescriptions.The proportion is 17.19% of total.β-lactams drugs are used in most situations with the highest utilization rate of 40.14%.Conclusion The prescriptions of antibiotics prescribed amount does not exceed the "2014 National clinical use of antibiotics special rectification program of activities"and"clinical use of antibiotics management approach",but there is still sometimes irrational drug use could be improved.更多还原
