Gastric carcinoma is the common malignant tumor of digestive tract and the pathogenesis is unclear to date.Long non-coding RNA( lncRNA) plays an important role in development of malignancy. Series of studies indicate that diverse lncRNAs are dysregulated in lines and surgical tissues of gastric cancer and influence the processes of proliferation,invasion and apoptosis via interacting with p53,c-myc and pten. Herein,we will review the known findings and results of lncRNAs in gastric cancer.
