【摘要】 目的探讨针灸配合穴位注射规范化治疗对顽固性呃逆的临床效果。方法选取顽固性呃逆患者60例,随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),实验组采用针灸配合穴位注射进行治疗,对照组采用肌内注射胃复安进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的呃逆发生频率、呃逆持续时间、初治后起效时间、作用维持时间;比较2组患者临床疗效。结果实验组患者治疗后的呃逆发生频率和呃逆持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组初治后起效时间低于对照组,作用持续时间显著高于对照组,差异均有显著统计学意义(均P<0.01);治疗后实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合穴位注射规范化治疗顽固性呃逆可降低呃逆发生频率和呃逆持续时间,提高总有效率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint injection in the standardized treatment of intractable hiccup. Methods 60 cases of intractable hiccups in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experiment group( n = 30) and control group( n = 30). The experimental group received acupuncture combined with acupoint injection,and the control group was treated with intramuscular injection of gastric rehabilitation. After the treatment,hiccup frequency,duration,onset time after initial treatment,duration of action and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared. Results After the treatment,the hiccup hiccup frequency and duration of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 01),the onset time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 01),the duration of action of the experimental group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 01),and the total effective rate of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the standardized treatment of intractable hiccups can reduce the frequency and duration of hiccups hiccups occur,improve the overall efficiency,and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
